Fine Jewelry Appraisals
From $85

Includes center diamond inclusion diagram, measurements, 4- C’s, first side stone set, color photograph and reasonable value for the designated purpose. While you wait appointments can be scheduled for an additional $10 per item with documents generally prepared within an hour.

All grading to strict GIA standards

2.00 + carat center……...add $20 per carat
Additional side stones….add $10 per set

We also appraise colored gemstones, pearls, watches, period and antique jewelry.

Quantitiy discounts quoted upon take-in.

Some estate specialty articles may involve additional research and fees.

Fine Jewelry Preliminary Reports
From $45
Mainly for resale or general knowledge. Not available as an insurance document. Includes center stone description, side stones, color photograph and retail value. Not all items qualify for this report.

Loose Stone Preliminary Reports
From $45
Includes measurements, 4 C's (strict GIA grading) plus retail replacement value.

2.00 carat and up……add $20 per carat
Verbal Identifications from $20

Loose Stone Certifications
From $95

Diamonds - Includes measurements, 4 C's (strict GIA grading) Sarin ™ analysis, ASET™ light performance view, inclusion diagram, proportions, U.V. fluorescence and value.
2.00 carat and up……add $30 per carat

Colored Gemstones - Includes measurements, carat weight, color description (transparency), color photograph, detected treatments and value.

Consultation
$250-350 per hour (dependent upon expertise and instrumentation required)

Identifications, relative values without documentation. Good for sorting through loose stones and estate articles…..1/2 hr .min.
